The Fraudulent Plomb Wrench

 

Ed once sent Bob a package of tools out of the blue.  Included was was an inferior imported crescent wrench.  "I decided to play a joke on Ed with that wrench.  I waited about a year and then had a friend engrave the wrench as if it were a Plomb.  I called Ed and told him I'd found two crescent wrenches with the wrong number on them and I'd sent him one.  Ed was very excited about the "find".  He seached the catalogs and sent me an email that the number didn't appear in any catalog.  I called Ed after the wrench arrived and he was so angry I thought I'd lost a friend.  Thankfully, Ed cooled off and said he'd keep it as a conversation piece."
